"Staff was awesome. Room was nice. Y'all need to bring back microwaves in the rooms as well as the bar and ability to get food at the bar. Having the bar and and food advertised but not available really put a crimp in our plans. The bathroom fixtures needed repairs. The staff took them down to refer to maintenance."

"The hotel was nice and clean however, once I got into the room, I found out you cannot turn off the AC. The air conditioner runs the entire night even when you turn it off I called the front desk and they said it is to help circulate air in the room, but what it really meant is …., I slept in the cold all night. I will never book at a Tru hotel ever again!!!"

"The entire staff was amazing with the exception of one man behind the counter (and I think he was tge manager). He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder because I booked through "a third party" and was canceling one night of our 2 night reservation. I didn't realize how hilly the area was which was quite difficult getting around with a wheelchair. I've been charged for both nights and now need to fight that."

"Outstanding hotel! Super nice staff, wonderful sleek design and lots of amenities (gym 24/7, water and coffee machines, mini fridge, restaurant and bar). Such a pleasant stay, we couldn't wish for anything better! We are travelling with a toddler and they had a nice place in the back to offload a car and you can then either do valet ($30) or do street parking (free 7pm-9am). Also walking distance to so many bars and restaurants!"
