“The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The inn was currently under renovation during our stay, so there was some construction noise and inconvenience in the parking lot since many of the spaces near our room where taken by the vehicles of construction workers. Our room had been renovated and was nice overall. It was well laid out and we really liked the low lying motion detection lights near the floor for night time movement. The only thing wrong with the room……

“The property has two sections, the original motel rooms which have been upgraded and a new section in the back - room prices are the same. Really friendly staff. Breakfast items are boxed or wrapped, nothing fresh except apples. Will definitely stay here again if overnighting in Springerville”

“Stayed at this property multiple times. The staff upfront is nice and personable, the room is clean and neat. The only negative thing I can honestly say is it gets loud early morning. The workers started with cleaning or doing some other stuff, But they started at 7am, not giving us any chance of sleeping in. Would’ve preferred they started at least at 8am but oh well. Everything else was fine. I’ll stay there again. ”

“This property is mediocre. The breakfast is tolerable, no more. Interesting enough, there is a restroom in the food area. That is very strange. No kitchen or prep area that I saw. Don't expect any service even trash pickup unless you are staying a minimum of three nights. Save your towels, you will need them. I expect you can do better for the money in Show Low.”

“Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”

“Fun place to stay, the coffee shop is great with excellent service. Our airstream unit was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Our only issue was the check out at 10:00 am. That is early, and we had assumed it to be at 11:00. (Our mistake!) At 10:01, someone was advising us we had to leave. He could have definitely been nicer about it and a little more accommodating; there were just a couple units occupied, we just wished that would have been handled differently.”
