"The room didn’t look like the website photos. The bed was a collection of springs with a thin mattress so we felt like we were playing wack-a-mole all night. No blanket. No coffee pot or cups. No furniture other than the bed. It smelled like smoke. In the morning I went to get coffee and there weren’t any cups or employees to ask about getting some. It was less expensive that other places but too expensive for what we got."

"Everything was very clean and the rooms were updated. The breakfast was good too. The location is so convenient to the arena where we attended a concert. There were 2 close restaurants very close by as well. A couple of complaints we have is the water pressure in the shower was not very strong and we had an adjoining door to the next room that let in a lot of noise with a baby crying next door at bedtime."

Unfortunately, very often staff were not at the front desk and the wait for staff to return to the desk seemed quite long. Breakfast choices were plentiful and varied somewhat day to day.
