“FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! Our host was amazing, very communicative and helpful, and the location is superb — so close to downtown Franklin, plus an adorable coffee shop 20 feet away! An absolutely amazing condo, even better than the photos! Every detail, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, was extraordinary! By far the best rental our group of six women has ever stayed in!”

“Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front. ”

“I enjoyed my stay. The house is very clean and well maintained. The space is a finished basement with a private entrance, and it feels very peaceful and secluded even though the owners live upstairs.The bed was comfortable, the temperature control worked well, and the space was quiet at night — great for relaxing after a long day.The televisions are smart TVs with proprietary built-in apps. I wasn’t able to AirPlay/stream from my preferred phone or tablet, so a few more streaming options or……

“The place was spotless and impressive. Plenty of space for everyone and close enough to downtown to walk. The historical sites nearby were easily accesible, we were able to grab a coffe at The Fainting Goat then walk around! Will definitely recommend to others!”
