“Newly refurbished, very clean, very comfortable bed, super helpful staff when we couldn’t figure out the TV remote control.”

“Cabin was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. It rained and they normally lock the pool and hot tub when it rains, but they were super accomadating and unlocked the hot tub for us.”

“Property was very nice. Beautiful landscaping especially around w pool, pics don’t do it justice. Room was extremely clean and satisfactory. Wish they would have had a fitness room that wasn’t the gym across the street… location is excellent. Near lots of trails and right in town (but still secluded by a beautiful creek!). They offered a 10$ coupon to eat a larger hot breakfast and the neighboring lumberjack restaurant each day, so we did that instead of the continental breakfast, which was……

“Tv didn’t work.. maintenance and front desk girl tried to get it going, but nothing. Surely a chain of this size would have a spare tv to swap out for a defective one, but not the case here. Maintenance guy was helpful but couldn’t fix the issues. Front desk Lady was very nice and friendly, but the tv issue has me leaving a bad review, that’s on the owners of the property. Continental breakfast was poor at best, at least offer one hot protein item and a waffle maker instead of thawed eggs……

“The hotel was clean and has been updated. The breakfast not as good as other hotels.”

“Please maintain the dog grass area better. Cut down weeds and make a dedicated area for dogs.”

“After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.”

“Location is fabulous, staff friendly & helpful. The room is so-so. I found the room stuffy and musty. The shower curtain needs to be replaced and the room is in need of new flooring. I can not say honestly that I would stay here again.”
