The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable....
