"I ended up really sick and couldn’t go. I have Alpha Gal. I ordered take out the night before and didn’t know the fries were cooked in talo. Since it was non-refundable and the last time something like this happened, there’s no phone number to call. Hilton said if I booked through them, they would have helped me change it and not be penalized. Since this one and last time you booked the wrong date, I’m out $500. I will not use your service anymore. You were $30 cheaper than if I booked direct with Hilton but losing $30 is better than $260. Especially considering I’ve been a long time user of your app for hotels, car rentals and flights. I hate to admit my girlfriend was right, she always said, book direct."

"We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. The stove was not functioning, and there was an exposed wire on the deck. We were also disappointed that the advertised mountain view was very limited from our suite. The soaking tub was large and attractive, but the bath water was brown/ yellow discolored & never fully cleared. The listing also indicated amenities and services that were unavailable during our stay. The television channels were extremely limited and largely in German rather than the expected programming. In addition, staff entered the unit without prior notice, which was unexpected and made us uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that the listing featured a photo showing a Jacuzzi on the porch balcony, but there was no Jacuzzi present during our stay. We were disappointed that advertised bathrobes were not provided when we arrived. This felt misleading and contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the accuracy of the advertised amenities. The location required about a 30-minute drive to reach the Catskills and nearby hikes. We were also charged an additional $69 fee without any clear explanation. The maintenance, amenities were awful."
