“Great location and affordable price.”

“Would not recommend this hotel. There was no WiFi which was apparently an issue for days and they did not let guests know. The WiFi was also the only source of tv connection so you were not able to watch tv. Woke up to shower and discovered there was no soap in the bathroom and one tiny towel- went down to ask for soap and extra towels and was told there was nothing that could be done until 9 or 10 am when housekeeping starts. Was also told there would be no way to get extra towels because they……

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
