“Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay.”

“This is a beautiful old flat (very large) in a lovey neighborhood of Boston 5 minutes from Deli, Restaurants, etc Great walking area. We enjoyed this home for a winter pre-thanksgiving gathering with our son .It was idea and lovely. Thank you to wonderful hosts who were so responsive. With appreciation, The Bridges”

“This was a nicely furnished ground level apartment in a home located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. At night the loudest sounds came from the spring peepers in the wetlands at the bottom of the road! The host was very friendly and responsive. Lots of room in the apartment which even had its own patio. Great for a small group or family- even the pet can come!”

“This was one of the most amazing rental properties we have ever stayed at. The unit had the most appliances, accessories and even spices that we have ever seen. Little details like extra bathroom supplies and even treats. Joanna, the host was fantastic to deal with and the property was just plain amazing. Beds were comfortable, extra towels and even folding chairs. We would highly recommend this property if you are going to be staying in Boston. It was close enough to everywhere we had to go and……

“Very pleasant. Roomy, clean, well equipped. Neighborhood somewhat run down. On south side of city while tourist sites are on North side. We used Uber a lot. Overall nice stay. Thank you.”

“Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time.”

“Everything was just as David had stated on the website, and he was very responsive to initial inquiries when booking and also upon arrival. Plenty of towels, and though we didn't need, there were extra toiletries in the event you forgot something. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was clean.”

“Great location! So close to public transportation. Property very clean. Note: stairs are very steep for any renter with mobility issues. I could not find a blow dryer (usually available in other properties we have rented). Also could use a few more pillows for those of us that like to use 2 pillows to sleep.”

“This is a nice property for a big group. Clean. Basic supplies. Few items like hangers were missed, but Jennifer replaced them promptly. No coffee maker but a kennel machine. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is raking unsafe. Also, it is 20 min from any major attraction. ”

“The checkin was the only confusing part as we didnt realize which part of the house to enter and one of the residents was confused why we were driving into the driveway. However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. Only a few minutes away from downtown.”

“Please check the hair dryer in the 1st floor bathroom, next to the living room, as there is only one prong in the plug! Otherwise EVERYTHING was great! Thank you for a great place to stay!”

“Condo sized perfectly for a family right in Boston with easy T access to all tourist locations throughout the city. We stayed in March 2024, and the issues in earlier comments highlighting heating issues or lack of soap had all been resolved and were not an issue, at least on our stay. Hosts were very responsive. No concerns and would stay again on another trip to Boston.”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
