"I booked through Expedia for my room and there was an issue with the system because the hotel recently switched their system, so when I arrived after a VERY long drive with kids in hand, they didn't have a room for me. Gary on the front desk was truly a gem and tried his best to help us. The hotel has great potential and I can see they're making changes but needs so improvements. The hot breakfast shown in the photos for the hotel is NOT accurate right now because they are renovating their kitchen, so the hottest thing they have is a bagel in a toaster. When we book for our teens we always look for a hearty breakfast so this was super disappointing as we ended up going else where for breakfast. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms could use a little update, our tub ran for the first day and a half no matter how tight we adjusted the faucet lol. I imagine in a year this place will be great!"

"First breakfast the waffle dispensing machine was not working, I had to go to the front desk to get someone to help. It was finally fixed after a couple of tries. The lids for coffee were empty and the help refilled the lid dispenser with more coffee cups. I found the lids and put them out, a customer thanked me. The breakfast was good, better than most. Front desk good."
