“Power went out in the building around 8 pm and did not come back on. We had to wake up at 3:15 am and pack in the dark and use phone flash lights to change and pack.”

“The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. The breakfast was very nice; fresh fruit bowl, freshly made juice, scrambled eggs and toast with butter and jam. The coffee and hot water for tea are on all day. “Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about her husband, and this completely ruined our experience. “Clean room, nice bed and nice garden. Couldn't use the pool because of an event. Blaring music and partying all night long. No food options between 3pm and 6pm despite an advertisement in the room for after hours pizza option. Front desk never answered phone or whatsapp. Inquired at front desk about pizza options and they said to come back in half an hour, came back and was met with sarcasm from a different staff member to maybe try a restaurant for food.
