“The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary.

“We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. You're greeted at the gate, bags carried for you! They learn your names and room number pretty quickly so don't need to keep checking when you're booking a taxi or booking dinner etc. All the staff are so lovely. Breakfast by the pool each morning is great. Fresh fruit, eggs how you want them etc. Special shout out to Youseff who is so smiley and friendly. The staff here really are so ready to help you or offer you something before you need to ask.……

“Have to wait until 3:00pm to have the room ready. Quiet area. Another hotel construction just beside so a lot of noise . Breakfast is okay . 35 min walk to place jemma and toubia tower . 15 min walk to carre eden . Thumbs up to Mr. Hamza (concierge/security) at the entrance door, always smiling, very helpful to every question , every need . Recommended and will return .”

“Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience.
The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!).
My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay.”
