The room was clean, great location and beaches but was not updated to fairmont quality. We had much higher expectations from this property. We will probably look for other options on our next stay.

This hotel was truly phenomenal. So clean and modern. Staff is so kind and helpful in any way they could be. My whole family agrees and will definitely be back to stay here again.

Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience.

The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive.
