I mean the room was pretty dirty, hair on shower wall, clogged drain, rug was disgusting, not to mention our room 2436 ac was broken and wouldn't go below 79 and when tech came he stated it was blowing cold but it 100% was not blowing good enough to keep the room cool and they could not switch us a room, no refund, no help, just a fan. Oh and the room doors, my goodness you have to put some muscle into opening them things. You'd think with all the money they get from guests they'd focus of fixing some pre reported issues instead of building new ways to rip people off. The food is extremely overpriced, the quesadilla is listed for 22$ and you get 3 tiny pieces, not even a full tortilla is crazy. Was tasty though. We went for the pool and lazy river aspect but will not be returning as its just a narrow pool with tons of ppl and only 4 ft deep everywhere and no jacuzzi or barely even music in one spot of pool . Was not worth the money spent here. Save yourself and book better somewhere else.
