We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.

The property is beautiful! Located on the beach of the iconic Playa Norte. I was more than ok not having beach views because the garden is so gorgeous and the walk to the sand was probably 20 seconds from my room.
Service was very accommodating and the beach club was everything you needed to lay out for an entire day! Highly recommended. Water at night takes 5 minutes to get hot, and the Wifi rarely worked in our room. Bed sheets kept coming apart to show the actual mattress. Housekeeping tried...

Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. Find the adorable coffee spot walking distance from this hotel and walk to the beach on the other...

Casa Coco gave us a quiet refuge right by the ocean. The hotel is beautifully kept with comfortable furniture and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They were able to address all the questions we had while we were there. We particularly loved the outdoor space and they had seats in many different places in their garden to choose from. We were also lucky to have arrived when there were not too many other guests, so we were able to enjoy the seaside lounging area and the pool all by...

This place is amazing if your looking for a quiet romantic spot away from Cancun. The staff is incredibly nice, always available through WhatsApp. Quick and friendly service. The ocean views are beautiful and the sunset is a bonus. The roof top pool is also a great amenity. The fresh squeezed juice and fruit for breakfast gives a refreshing start to the day. The only improvement could be the shower head which is a conch shell which has low pressure but other than that I would definitely come...

It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great.

The property is on the quiet end of the island and on a quiet street. We were there in the off-season (Nov) when restaurants close early (6-7pm), so we had to eat early or keep some groceries in the refrigerator. The nearby sushi place, Samura, was open late and wonderful. The Kin Ha resort across the street was a great bonus. We had big wonderful breakfasts (included with our stay) by the water then enjoyed the loungers on the deck and swimming in the gorgeous blue water. There are kayaks,...

This was the third resort I've stayed at on the island, and it is was my best experience to date. The resort consists of 6 very unique rooms. This allowed for an intimate and personable experience. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. You seriously will not encounter anything like it anywhere else on the island.
Originally we were in a room with a plunge pool. Unfortunately we chose to go during a cold front, so were unable to enjoy it. We casually mentioned to Israel how chilly...

The condos are right on Playa Norte, the best beach on the island. And just a stroll away from Hidalgo street, where all the restaurants are located. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented a 2 bedroom condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would do it again!

Room was nicely decorated and very clean. The restaurant & pool was a great place to spend leisurely afternoons after enjoying the island during the mornings. Staff was prompt in communication. Only needed assistance twice during stay, but both times there was a response in under 5 minutes.

Just tucked away far enough from the world to be beyond peaceful, but close enough to get into town. With a bus stop literally at your door. This old school Mexican. So don’t come here looking for fake skyscraper hotels and pools full of thousands of people. Here it’s all about the best sunsets and chill vibes

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar! We stayed in room #1 by the pool. The AC was cold and the room was clean. The views are beautiful. You have full use of the outdoor kitchen and the full size refrigerator is shared by all 6 rooms. Plenty of space for drinks etc. Caribbean Garden next door was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Another coffee shop is in the same area that looked good, but we didn't get anything there. Mango Cafe and Rosa Serenas are both within walking distance. Would...

Staff was very friendly, room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel is small and private so our stay was pleasant. I recommend this hotel and will definately consider staying here next time I travel to Isla Mujeres.

Recently stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again. It was close to the ferry( walking distance) close to shopping, there was grocery stores/shopping near. north beach ( voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world) is walking distance. They have a continental breakfast included which is pretty basic but does the trick. The pool is nice. My room was a bay view and the view was breathtaking. I also had a refrigerator in the room, which was nice. The only negative I would say...

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again. We also had the amazing experience of feeding...
