Spring break hotels in Mexico

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Always a lovely stay, great central location, accommodating staff.

Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet.

Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. Nice clean newer hotel on the Mazatlan malecón with many dining options

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Clean rooms

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. Great place to stay

Nice and modern hotel about 10 min drive from the airport. Pleasantly surprising for the price. Not sure about neighborhood, but it met our goal to be near airport for early morning flight. They have free shuttle to the airport 24/7, that leaves every 30 min. Check/in and check/out was easy. My only suggestion is to add a coffee service in the lobby for those who wait for the shuttle early morning. I would take that over the mini bottle of wine we received as a welcome gift. The room we had was big with kitchen, living room with 50" tv and king size bed with 50" tv. Air conditioner. The restaurant food was great and the room service was great! The staff at the check in could be little more professional. I drop off my laundry (front desk) Wednesday afternoon didn't get it back until Thursday night at 10pm. They didn't tell me why it took so long. I think they forgot about the laundry and one of the staff saw it the next day on the floor and sent it out to get it...

Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity.
