Liz was fantastic. She checked us in at the front desk and greeted us in a very welcoming way. Alex handled our bags and was super nice ! I was comfortbale leaving my bags without a worry. I also had an issue with my bag. And Alex did not stop until it was found. I am very Satisfied with the staff's performance.. I found this resort perfect Because not only does it have a party vibe but you can find many spots where you can just sit back and relax. Max, that works at the Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant was the best waiter in the whole resort to me. I witnessed him treat everyone like family and his service was up to par. Lastly, syl Sylvia, the housekeeping lady was fantastic and I had to leave her with a review. Many people are curious about cleanliness of the rooms , because of staff like her, your room Will always feel brand new, fresh, and clean. I will definitely be returning because of these 4 staff members who stood out to me the most, although everyone else was great as well. Thank you, RIU palace Peninsula for a phenomenal vacation with my family at your resort .

Nunca hago reviews pero la verdad que este lo amerita asi pueden tomar acción en los detalles. Mi cuarto 402 no está en condiciones para un hotel que dice ser de 5 estrellas. La puerta del cuarto maltratada y algunas paredes , había un sticker de ropa size (S) en uno de los espejos pegados , lo que significó falta de limpieza y detalles y en todos los días que estuve nunca lo quitaron .Estaba un poco sucio. Las sábanas una era gris y la de taparse si estaba blanca . Solamente dos almohadas ( no buenas, muy desgastadas ) por cama y para taparse solamente una sábana , más nada . Muchísima humedad en el pasillo hacia los cuartos tanto en el piso como en las paredes porque no hay aire acondicionado y dentro del cuarto también que se veía hasta en el techo en el área de los lavamanos. Había mold en las paredes del shower. El lavamanos no drena el agua , son dos y a uno le faltaba la pieza del medio. De todo esto tengo fotos Algo bueno , el servicio de las personas (Staff ) en todas las áreas excelente . Me mandaron un detalle al room pues era mi cumpleaños y fue muy lindo detalle. Muchísimas gracias !!! Las actividades muy buenas . El café del lobby exquisito , solo que debería abrir al menos a las 7 am y NO a las 10 am. El hotel en general está muy bonito y sus piscinas también, solo que los pequeños azulejos andan cayéndose y te raspan la piel .. Los tragos muy buenos y la comida del buffet excelente . Había de todo para todos en comida. Sus restaurantes excelentes también .
