"We had an amazing room. Absolutely beautiful. Dinner was very good. Loved staying in a castle. We were not told at check-in that you had to hang sign on door for housekeeping so room was not made up. We enjoyed our stay though."

"The room was clean but it was a bit tired and the shower was not very hot and the water pressure was poor. Having stayed in this hotel before on more than one occasion this room was not up to the standard of the previous rooms we stayed in and wan not good value for money"
