"We were really lucky as the hotel wasnt very busy during our visit, so we were upgraded to a suite bedroom, which was really big and had wonderful views of the sea front and pier. It was so peaceful in our room. We paid extra for breakfast and we're so glad we did. There was a huge amount of choice and everything was lovely and hot and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We paid £6 to park in the carpark behind the hotel and it was great - we could park from 3pm...

"Absolutely amazing staff. I stayed with my toddler and the staff couldn’t have done anymore. Barry on reception was incredible and made us feel so welcome and my son couldn’t get downstairs quick enough to see him. James was also extremely helpful and again a hit with a very active toddler. "We’ve been to the Burstin many times over the years, we particularly like staying in the balcony rooms. It does urk me though that you seem to be unable to request a balcony room when booking. They are always lumped in with the other Sea view rooms and it’s getting to be more frequent that we are unsuccessful in being allocated one. "

It was so peaceful in our room. We paid extra for breakfast and we're so glad we did. There was a huge amount of choice and everything was lovely and hot and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We paid £6 to park in the carpark behind the hotel and it was great - we could park from 3pm the day we arrived until 3pm the following day (even though checkout of the room was 10am). Everything was great."
