“The location, views, history and architecture of Rixos Montaza are absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness do not yet match the five-star Rixos standard we have experienced in other countries.

“I have stayed two night in the the hotel.
First impression was not good at all. the hotel is directly on the Cornish, but I have not spotted it because it has no name shown on the 11 story building..!!
What makes it even worse, I tried to call the hotel on the number provided by Expedia, and it was one of the staff own personal mobile phone, and the irony is that guy didn't know how to guide me and didn't know what the building looks like or its colour :D
Anyway, the location is great, beach……
