We had everything we needed except a grill brush and pillow cases but the pillow cases were found later.One of the reviewers said the master bed was hard and that was very true. "I was at fault for misreading my email that check in was at 4pm. The cleaning crew came in right after my miscommunative call.. we toured the area giving the crew full time to clean for us. When we returned to unpack, we discovered some of our sheets and cases were not replaced, we noticed due to the saliva and booger residue left on a couple pullow cases. We cleaned every surface when we returned due to the hair and dust left on the coffee pot."
