“Stayed for graduation weekend, and perfect location!”

“Location is everything… right off the popular street Bourbon… it is loud at night but everything is within walking distance and the city car is just a 2 block walk. Our stay was for 5 nights and had no issues. Place was clean and easy to access. Parking garage is a must. Already planning another trip and checking availability.”

“Great location. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Only 2 beds, the pullouts were not used. Gents our age need good mattresses. So my brother and i shared larger bed. Everything else was great.”

“Perfect space for 4 adults. Very walkable location to all areas of the city. If you want to be assured there is coffee, soap for shower or tissues, bring your own. Overall a beautiful place with a responsive owner.”

“This was such a pleasant apartment . The two spacious bathrooms were clean and convenient. My husband and I took one bedroom and our 3 college kids slept in the other bedroom with king size bed. There is small couch in living room and two small chairs. The kitchen was open to the living room with countertop and benches. It was actually bigger than my home kitchen. Great location! Thank you”

“The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!”

“The place was very well maintained.very nice and properly stocked. The only issue was the hot water was minimum in the shower. We had to contniue to turn the hande. But that wouldnt stop us from coming back though. We really enjoyed the location. Very safe and comfortable plce.”

“Like all the other reviews state, this place could use maintenance and a deep clean. Everything we touched was clean, the bathroom, shower, kitchen, sheets etc. It's a cute place in an old house. I love old historic houses. A few nights were pretty cold out and the heater had a tough time keeping up, so it was a bit cold inside. The place is with in walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and the French quarter isn't a far walk away either. For the price I think is was a good value.”

“Loved: Really cool renovated shotgn house (an architecture style). Great location within walking distance of interesting neighbourhoods. Host quick to answer. To improve: Needs towel racks to hang damp towels. Sheets could use an upgrade. Baseboards could use a wipe but overall, very clean.”

“We stayed four nights for a family wedding weekend. The place was well setup and week equipped. We had rented an electric car. The description said there was a EV charger but there wasn't, so we got a minor discount. Some pictures were off the walls. It was a little tough to lock and unlock the door. Mostly it was very nice.”

“We stayed here for a week with our 2 college-age kids. The apartment was perfect for that -- with a queen bed for us and a bunk bed for our kids. It's in a much quieter neighborhood than the French Quarter or Marigny -- but still within walking distance. It was a perfect retreat when we needed a break from all the activity. Also -- Louis Armstrong Park is a few blocks away and often hosts free music festivals. There are 2 great cafes 2 blocks away, and great restaurants and live music available...

“Pros: Lugar muy amplio y céntrico, departamento muy equipado, a 20 min de bourbon st. Contras: si son mas de dos personas, el agua caliente no es suficiente, por si te quieres dar un buen baño.. será con agua helada. Indican que se puede pedir un check out extendido pero no te da opcion la liga. Asi que la salida es si o si a las 11 am. Ni pagando extra, adicional que los ventiladores de techo y la luz se prenden continuamente sin control, en la madrugada te pueden sacar un buen susto.”

“La televisión por cable no funcionó. Se reportó en recepción y no lo pudieron resolver. No limpiaron la habitación al día siguiente. Entiendo que no cambien las toallas pero, barrer y botar la basura lo deberían hacer a diario.”
