From the moment we arrived, the place felt like a sanctuary. The facilities are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, perfectly blending comfort with the natural beauty of Lake Atitlán. There is a deep sense of peace throughout the property—it’s the kind of place where you truly disconnect from the world and reconnect with what matters. What made our experience truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff, led by Alexis, who is without a doubt one of the best hosts I have ever met. She went above and beyond to help create a very special atmosphere and decoration for my girlfriend and me, as we came to spend a few days resting and reconnecting. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience deeply personal and memorable. The food was spectacular, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the terrace is simply magical—whether you're enjoying a cocktail at sunset or having breakfast with an incredible view of the lake.
