The hotel was very clean. The front desk person was very good but in our room, our TV did not work properly. It kept shutting off. They sent someone up two times to try to fix it and he said it couldn’t be fixed and they had no other rooms to transfer us to they said they were booked up and then we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work in our room. We had no hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Had to go up the steps to the next floor to get ice.

I stayed here 3 years ago. It was nice both stays. However, only one (the left) elevator worked both stays. Rooms are very small. No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. No laundry, which is fine if you’re not on a baseball trip. Would definitely stay again if I was just there for one night.

Area was close to everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Staff in the dining room and bar area were awesome!!!! They had a shuttle for free to take us where we needed!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A very nice property with a pool. Was in a prime location for my needs. Would definitely stay here again.
