Welcome to our Standard 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, which features:

• Bedroom 1: one king bed
• Bedroom 2: one or two beds
• Living area: fireplace
• Juliet or walk-out balcony
• Fully-equipped kitchen + in-suite coffee machine
• 2 Bathrooms: One of which features an over-sized spa tub
• In-suite washer and dryer

Notice to Summer and Fall Guests:
The front drive/main entrance is currently closed for construction and may cause some disruption. Please use the garage for access. Work is expected to be completed by Thanksgiving.

• Housekeeping during the stay is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee through the front desk.
• Notice to Summer and Fall Guests:
St James Place is currently undergoing major construction now through late November. There will be no access to the front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. This should be complete by 11/25/25. Our apologies for any inconveniences.
