“I was never able to get into the apartment. There was no key to get in nor a front desk to ask for assistance. When I texted and called them, they took over an hour to responde. The place was secluded dark, I did not feel safe to wait for a responses”

“Unit was safe and it was clean. At check in it was difficult to find the door. It is a basement unit around back. Doors are very short. Watch your head. ”

“Very nice place. We were only there for a couple of nights, and we were mostly out of the house, but everything seemed great. It’s a typical rental — too much landlord white paint (unevenly applied), and it could use some more furniture, such as nightstands. We also had to share a remote between two of the mini-splits. That all said, it really was a nice place. The best part for our family was having three bedrooms — so our kids could be on their own — and the in-unit washer and dryer.”

“La propiedad llegando nos comunicaron el que había un aire acondicionado de uno de los cuartos rotos. Me comuniqué con la propiedad y nadie respondió me comuniqué con VRBO y nadie respondió, la cocina está inundada en cucarachas y llega hasta los cuartos, horrible la situación no deberían de rentar eso. El baño sucio la cortinas negras en la parte de abajo cochino HORRIBLE, el inodoro tupido, las toallas manchadas. HORRIBLE.”

“No sentimos privacidad para el uso de la piscina. La persona que reside o estaba no reflejaba cortesìa ni agrado de que estuvièsemos alli.En general, lugar tranquilo, práctico y accesible a necesidades a satisfacer fuera del local.”

“We stayed with 2 adults and 1 toddler, I feel like we paid for was what we got. The only hiccup was that Expedia never sent out my contact information and also never told me that they didn’t so I didn’t get an email with the instructions until I called but when I did the owners were super helpful and sent them to me right away. It was in a good location with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes in walking distance. I didn’t have any issues at all during my stay there and would honestly stay there……

“Just as the listing says, the views and location are just incredible. Our second time there. Explore the tidal pools and beaches right at your doorstep and snorkel in the shallow water right in front of the rocks that protect the property - I guarantee you'll be amazed at the diversity of life. Magaly the property manager is terrific, super responsive. Check out David Sandwiches in Islote - it's all delish but their coco lemonade. I'd go back just for that. ”
