“Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. “Lief alles reibungslos und ist eine sehr solide Unterkunft. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einzige Kritik eigentlich das das Gebäude Extrems hellhörig ist, der Abfluss bisschen stinkt und wir lediglich einen schwachen Ventilator hatten bei 28 grad. Aber sonst eine saubere Unterkunft mit wirklich guter Lage und auch optisch angenehm. Sehr gut für Kurztrips. Mit der Lage hat man auch eine richtige Berlin Erfahrung. Würde aber nicht empfehlen mit mehr als 3 Personen in ein Apartment weil es sonst schon……

“We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. There are lots of middle eastern restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby. The street does have a lot of street noise but when the windows are closed there is no issue. “Pros:- Good location, good transport links with lots of amenities nearby.- Apartment generally clean, basic provisions suitable for a short stay. We stayed for 12 days so had to buy extras to see us through. Spare towels and extra pillows were much appreciated.- Despite neighbouring apartments having parties, this was only noticeable in the stairwells so the apartment is well insulated noise wise.- Airy and well lit, pleasant decor, no air con but the 3 fans provided were a lifesaver in 36……

“Trotz dass die Unterkunft recht neu ist, war das Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Das größte Problem war allerdings, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, durch die große Fensterfront war es bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur im Raum unerträglich. Wir haben die Mitarbeiter informiert, bis zur Abreise wurde das Problem nicht behoben und behauptet die Anlage würde funktionieren, was sie aber eindeutig nicht hat.”
