"Aimee has an adorable little cabin that's just out side Santa Cruz and Scott's Valley. Many things to do nearby while feeling like a forest get-away. The cabin was tidy and well kept. Aimee was a wonderful host. Looking forward to staying again. "
"I would go back, but not in the main house unless they resolve the soundproofing. The main house is directly attached to their office, and unfortunately, the noise from the office carried straight through the wall. It often felt like the conversations—both phone and in-person—were happening inside our cabin. They became family without knowing it! :)
Thankfully, the office quieted down by around 10 PM, but until then it was difficult to relax, and my wife couldn’t get to sleep early because the master bedroom shares a wall with the office. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for peace and quiet before 10 PM, I’d recommend asking for a unit away from the main house.
The owners were really nice, and very accommodating, but were not very self-aware they shared a wall with the family occupying that unit. "

"We spent 2 nights at this cozy cottage - the exterior is beautiful and the interior is super cozy! The space is a bit smaller than I expected compared to the photos, but we didn’t mind at all. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4! I only wish I had more of a chance to spend time on the gorgeous outdoor deck to take in more of the stunning views. Would highly recommend!"
"This was the second time I have stayed at Mashoods lodging. Both times have been a great place to stay. Beautiful atmosphere the running Creek and some trails. Beautiful. And as for Masood he is so awesome and very accommodating. If you need anything he usually has it if he doesn't he will let you know if he can and will get it. Masood is awesome. He will make you feel very comfortable not to mention about the beds OMG I woke up every day feeling rested and NO back or neck pains. Definitely going back and staying at Mashoods lodging. Thank you Masood and thank you to your wonderful staff "
