Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!”

“It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card.”

“This is a very bare bones option for people on a budget. You do need to share a bathroom with other people on your floor, but if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in your room, it is a great option. Room was clean and warm and bed was comfortable. ”

“Brilliant stay. Room looked exactly like the pictures - comfortable, clean…spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious - omelettes, French toast, both perfectly cooked and the pastries are scrumptious. Wine and cheese hour in the club room is lovely - the guests are friendly and good way to find out what else to explore in the area. The spa was a real highlight - sauna and a mineral soak after a busy sightseeing day was a real delight. We didn’t book treatments this time, but did take……

“Hotel location was great, on the main street, Commercial Strret, about 15mins walk to centre. Room was lovely and clean with a great view out to the ocean. Parking perfect. Welcome was luke warm but staff next morning were friendly. Breakfast limited for mu gluten free diet but still I had more than enough to eat.”

“The room and property are fantastic. It is a great location, well maintained and cleaned, and very welcoming. I highly recommend.”

“They close for lunch 12-1pm every day so you can’t check in. Can’t use the indoor pool if it’s windy outside. Place was dated. Murphy bed was very uncomfortable. Rusty pipes in the Bathroom. Can tell on the popcorn ceiling lots of patch work done likely due to leaks in the past.”

“The staff was amazing and very helpful. The property has a very beach vibe and gorgeous views. My one cautionary note is that the platform beds are very hard for older people to get in and out of. Had we known we would have asked if they had more accessible accommodations”

“My partner and I stayed during Mem Day. Such a great location right off commercial but still feels a little bit off the beaten path. Because it wasn’t peak summer yet it wasn’t crazy busy outside at Porch Bar/ the underground but we weren’t bothered by the noise of the music. Some people that go to bed super early might be. Really cool to have those amenities on the property! Staff was super kind and helpful. Beautiful place would stay again in a heartbeat!!”
