“This was the cutest little bed and breakfast. The house was absolutely adorable. I would love to stay again however my only complaint is that upon arrival it wasnt the warmest inviting feeling when checking in.It was a very cold here's your key. “The staff met us on arrival with a very friendly welcome. Took us on a tour of the AB&B and what to expect the Breakfast and code for the front door. They posted the breakfast menu and asked if we need anything special. Coffee, Tea and Snacks were avalable 24/7. The rooms were clean and the staff made up the room and fresh towels everyday. They had information about tours, restaurants and beaches to go to. They were available for any of our needs! I would highly recommend The Inn at Yarmouth……

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
