"Carlos (host) and his house were perfect! We loved the house. It is just darling. We were so comfortable. We loved having a backyard for our dogs to explore and a charming neighborhood for longer dog walks. The downstairs bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. We were so close to downtown restaurants and shops but the neighborhood was really quiet and private. Carlos was so attentive and helpful and he made sure the house had everything we needed. You could tell that he put a lot of thought into equipping the house with special little touches like K-cups, hair ties, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The house was also really clean. Although we don't have small children anymore, we took a peek at the upstairs and loved it! What a fun place for kids to hang out and have their own space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home base that feels like their own home. I hope to stay here again next time we are in the area."

We appreciated the host having coffee, cream, water, and some other soft drinks & snacks. Mary went above and beyond by mailing an item we had left behind. We will stay again! "

"The property was clean, comfortable & in a great spot! We were within 0.5 miles of shops and restaurants as well as being in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus adding another nice hang out spot. Every detail of this property from the furniture to the pictures made this place very home-like. The property manager himself was beyond kind and very responsive! We had beyond a 5 star stay!"

"Property is exactly as described. Communication with host was seamless and easy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials and immaculately clean. Bedding was cozy and fresh. This location gave us easy access to Keeneland and the Kentucky Castle where we were attending a wedding. We were even able to squeeze in a tour of the Bluegrass Distillery and had the added bonus of sighting the distillery cat, Tipsy, while sipping our morning coffee on the back patio.10/10 would stay again and plan to for our next Bourbon Trail adventure."

"The place was very clean and plenty big for our group of 9, especially the living room. The hosts provided great instructions and responded quickly to any message. The street can be very busy, but the driveway has plenty of room to turn around so you don't have to try and back out. Downtown Georgetown is within walking distance and easy to get to. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"This house is incredible! So comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The house is meticulously clean and organized - the attention to detail is top notch (coffee bar, firewood delivery, communication with host, EVERYTHING!). My family loved the location too - just a short walk to all the restaurants and boutique shops Georgetown has to offer. Fantastic stay! We will be back soon!"
