"We loved it so much we immediately booked extra nights. The setting is just perfection. So quiet and peaceful but close to Sedona and Cottonwood so plenty of great food and entertainment choices. "The house came equipped with everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. We chose the location also as it was midway between Jerome and Sedona, and we were able to bring out dog along with us. We did notice some scorpions by the hot tub, so be careful going barefoot outside.Overall great experience. "

"10 people stayed for 5 nights, AC worked great during summer heat wave with higher than normal temps. Had a few hiccups but the local contact addressed quickly and efficiently. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Eating outside and BBQ when it cooled off was wonderful. The pool was heaven. Notes for future users: this is a two story house, but we used a car to transport our luggage to the side access by the pool for the lower floor. My mom and dad (79 & 80) weren't keen on stairs and stayed mainly on the upper floor. There are a lot of light switches and it took us a few days to figure what went where. AC is noisy, effective but noisy. Bedroom off the main living area ahould be occupied by a sound sleeper (not my sister lol).Bunkhouse is definitely for kids. We used it for my grown son and DIL, on the lower queen bunk, and with a fan they made do. No windows made for dark mornings. And a great photo op for the whole family. Hornets also like the pool. "

"Left Cali to venture out to Sedona and came across this little gem! Such a perfect getaway for our family! It even had a casita! Beds were comfy, place was very roomy, and clean! Brought along my husband mom, two kids, and older brother - and my dog! Plenty of room for all of us! Would definitely come back again if in the area! "

"Cottonwood was a pleasant surprise. I thought we were going to be closer to Sedona, but Cottonwood turned out to be perfect! It was easy to get to Jerome, Montezuma's Castle, and Sedona, and the Old Town was great. The house was awesome. 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths fit us perfectly. Thanks for the stay!!"

"This house was a perfect location. Far enough from the business and high price point of Sedona, but close enough to enjoy Red Rock State Park and everything else Sedona has to offer. Cottonwood was actually a pretty neat little town and we enjoyed exploring the shops in Old Town as well. The house itself was clean and everything was in great working order. The check in process was easy and the hosts were communicative. We all LOVED the pool as well! We’d definitely stay here again!"
"Pictures are accurate, location is great, host is quick to respond. Perfect for what we wanted/needed. We will be back for sure. 15 mins to Jerome, 20 mins to Sedona, and Cottonwood has some hidden gems. If any of those are in your list, you can’t go wrong with this property."

"This little house was SOOOOO PERFECT! It was super cozy and had everything we needed for a short weekend trip! Mike was super kind and very helpful as well. Everything was clean and close to stores and about 25-30 mins away from Sedona. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. "
"This was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in and we book a lot! The kitchen had everything you could need. Didn’t need to pick up anything because the house was STOCKED! You name it she had it ready for use-tide, tp, paper towels, garbage bags, even some food and wine! Beds were temperpedic and amazing. If you don’t want to pay Sedona prices and fight the crowds there at night I wouldn’t hesitate to book here!"

"The location was perfect to be out of the high tourist Sedona area. The house had all the bells and whistles, the hot tub, cold dunk, and sauna. I wish we could have used the domes more, but the daytime was extremely hot, and nighttime was a little too cold. We were able to see the stars outside the domes easier. The area was really peaceful after being in the crowds. "
"What a cute little cabin. The owners attention to detail makes this place so charming. Just a 10 minute drive to local amenities. Old Cottonwood is about a 15 minute drive. A must see area. Then very close to Sedona and other wineries. We had a very memorable weekend. Hope to stay there again!"
