Rolling hills, tall oak trees, and tree frogs surround a luxurious log cabin located in an exclusive log home community close to Branson.

Trapper’s Den is an authentic log cabin featuring all wood furnishings, log decor, cathedral ceilings and large windows. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With the sleeper sofa, there’s enough space for 6 people to sleep comfortably.

The cabin is complete with all the luxuries of home like a full kitchen, coffeemaker, microwave and a washer and dryer, so you don’t get stuck with a pile of dirty laundry when vacation is over. There's also cable TV and a DVD player for a fun family movie night in.

Behind Trapper's Den is a large deck overlooking a wooded valley. Enjoy a cookout with your loved ones with the bbq grill provided. After dinner, relax by the fire and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones with the sounds of crickets and crackling wood in the background. At night, when the bridge and cabins light up, it's an unbelievably beautiful sight.

Trapper's Den is located only 8 miles south of Branson's Strip and 10 miles from the new Branson Landing, 17 miles from Silver Dollar City, and just a few minutes from Table Rock Lake.

There is also a beautiful marina 3 miles away from the cabin. Perfect for a day on the water fishing or skiing. You can rent a boat or bring your own.

Other activities nearby are Dogwood Canyon, Eureka Springs, the Buffalo River, and shopping galore.

Hreat cabin

Great little cabin! 2 master rooms. Comfy beds. The hot water heater went out during our stay but i messaged the host and the reply was immediate and the water heater replaced within a couple of hours. Close to Branson but far enough away it wasnt busy. Will stay again!

Quiet Place

We had a really nice stay at this cabin. It was very quiet it met most of our needs. It was conveniently located to all the near places we needed to see. There was plenty of room, two big bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Very nice and cozy!

Awesome experience! Looks like they just sprayed for bugs, so spider corpses were all throughout the house. No complaints, comes with the territory!

During our three day stay there was a terrible cow manure smell at the property. It was so bad you could no use the deck to relax.

Noisy

Although the owner passed it off as "creaking" noise, I tried to inform her the noise was loud enough to keep us up all night, she laughed and said there was nothing she could to for us. I wasn't asking for a refund, I simply asked if anyone had reported it. The noise traveled all the way across the room. Additionally, we had our sleep noise on and could hear it over it.

Cabin

Cabin was just as pictured online. Clean, organized and plenty of kitchen utensils, blankets, and other accessories. Very relaxing week. Cozy cabin for sure. A couple of feedback items on the cabin: The hose sprayer for kitchen sink has loose fitting where it sits on sink. We had a minor spider invasion I believe on Wednesday night.. might need a spray. We killed about 7-8 in living room that evening. Some of the trees are encroaching on the deck....she felt a little claustrophobic out there. As one commenter mentioned the house makes noises from time to time. Probably temperature related but took a night to get used to it. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the time down there and took in a lot of shows, hikes, gold and just chilling time. Great location being close to Dogwood Canyon, Top of Rock etc.. Thank you!

Vacation in Branson

The cabin was very nice and communication with the property manager, Darla, was great. But if you need a place that has accommodations for the handicap, this cabin doesn't meet that requirement. Everything the pictures on Vrbo were accurate except for the bedrooms. The comforter on both beds looked old and worn out, nothing like the pictures and the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very clean however the shower floor was slippery. Neither of the bathrooms provide any handicap assistance which would have been nice. We were told we could use the fireplace and were given instructions but their were fake logs and some kind of light incorporated with the logs in the fireplace so you couldn't have a fire. The cabin has a loose gravel driveway and loose gravel along the rock steps down to the cabin. If you aren't careful you could loose your footing or twist your ankle. The steps are made of large rock boulders but are not set up for someone that needs a cane or walker and is a little steep. I think pictures should have been included to show the steps to the cabin in better detail.

This is a lovely cabin and we enjoyed our time there. I would caution older people who are unstable with walking that the entrance walkway to the property is rocky and you need to be careful when walking to your vehicle.

A great vacation getaway

From the first sight of the home, then, opening the door to an amazing inside. From the walls, the floors, the kitchen amenities, the deck with great grill, to the two awesome suites, with king sized beds, and the bathrooms with jetted tub and shower, with plenty of room. It was all that is advertised, and, so much more. would recommend to anyone.

A great get away. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cook wear. There is plenty of room in main area bedrooms and bathrooms. We ate all of our meals on the deck. It was very nice having two master bathrooms.

Close to the important stuff.

We had a three night stay with another couple. Location was close to the golf courses which was the purpose of the trip. We cooked every morning and then every night on the grill, which was less than perfect but it worked. Bring your own utensils for the grill and maybe a non-stick pan for the stove top, there either isn’t any or they are broken. Beds were okay but satisfactory for the length of the stay. Bring your own pillow. The pictures on VRBO are definitely dated, don’t be alarmed. All in all it was a decent place. cooking.

Spring getaway

Beautiful log cabin in need of attention- we had roaches, spiders and a snake ! He was in one of the bedrooms! The deck was in serious need of repair with lots of rotten wood that needs replacing. The front of the cabin needs power washing as it is really dirt ! The cute wooden tree carvings were totally rotten and need removed. Great location in nice area - we’re hoping someone will make this cabin a nice place again -

Branson MO cabin

Beautiful rustic cabin with everything we needed. The host sweet amazing. Very attentive. We had an issue with hot water and it was attended to within minutes of our text! Will stay again!
