“I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. “Had a great week on DuPont Ave. The house was great, the linen service was wonderful. The only bad thing and it’s not bad was the parking. If people have driveways they should use them. They choose to park on the street and take up a parking spot.”
