“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“The manager was fantastic as was all the staff I checked in with a very beautiful, smiling young lady. I think her name was Alice and there was a gentleman who got me the pool towel nice and very friendly. The place was clean. It was neat. It was a great area. I felt very comfortable. Thank you so much. I am I give them hundreds and hundreds of five star reviews for all of them. Every portion of it room was clean. Got what I needed. Everything was available. Thank you so much”

“This was a fun setting, great decor, very comfortable. One frustrating thing was going to the pool and finding no clean towels available and no one in the office to help. We ended up giving up on the swim, which would have been lovely as the evening was warm. Also, the TV remote was difficult to work. And we found a cockroach in the bathroom. These all were minor distractions from a lovely stay in a cute resort motel.”

Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night.
