"Great Price if you are on a budget, this is the spot. Very kid friendly! Excellent views from some rooms, others have constant view of the parking lot at no discount. The room dictates your experience IF you are physically limited otherwise enjoy the beautiful town and immediate area. Boulder Bay is nearby off of Big Bear Blvd (hwy 18). Confirm equipment is up on safety regulations. Blessings!"

"Missing some of the positive experiences from most hotels. Cleaning was adequate. Had to request linens to accommodate all guests. A piece of tissue paper was on the floor outside of our room during the entire. Even though housekeeping was up and dow the hallway."

"I rated this hotel "mid." Biggest perk: Location! Cleanliness- fine, Staff- fine. However, I think the two biggest concerns was we had a leaky toliet and contacted the front desk. Someone came right away to look at it and said they would fix the issue the next day when we were out of the room. If they fixed it, there was no communication. The towel used to soak up water was still on the floor. Toliet did still leak the next night, but we were leaving early the next day. Otherwise, the other concern was that hours after a pool party on Saturday, it seemed the pool area and deck were still really filthy. I understand things take awhile to clean, but if the party ended at 4 pm and we're at the pool at 7 pm, I thought it would look much better. I didn't even want to use the pool"
