“I stayed here for a girls weekend over Mother's Day. My room's bathroom doors didn't close so had to call in Maintenance to fix it. No signage on the property to help you get around so that made it difficult to find your way if you're only there a few days. Room service food arrived barely warm and was mediocre, meat was overcooked, shrimp in the ceviche was sliced in half so you got fewer shrimp but made to look abundant; lots of lemonade flavors but the ones we tried were so sour we couldn't……

“Been to Palm Springs many times. To even more high end more boutique type venues and actually here we really enjoyed the additional hotel style facilities. Great pool and restaurant for breakfast and lunch, the staff are excellent. Didn’t rate dinner in the restaurant at all - dishes like Beef Wellington and Baked Alaska bear no resemblance to the real thing. But overall we loved it - a great place and base to do other things. “What a joke! Expedia "overbooked" us at another unit. So, this cabin was the apparent cabin we were "upgraded" to due to the mix up. Expedia advised me they had spoken to the owners to guarantee the cabin was available. Well, guess what?
