“The location was great however the finishes done badly and were very worn. The units were surrounded by a sandy lot front back and sides so sand was constantly being brought into the room. There was no place to set anything, only 2 hooks in the whole place and even the closet only had a lower rod so nothing long could be hung like dresses. The bathroom only had one sink that was normal in size but had basically no counter space for toiletries and the laminate flooring was installed very badly so...

However, the communication and specifics of the Rental are one of the worst I have ever experienced. This listing has one notification that you have to pay an extra fee to use the hot tub that is embedded under 48 different amenities. This extra charge was never made clear and chase.
