"The manager, Juan, deserves a HUGE raise. He turned this property from a bland Motel 6, into a true Palm Springs resort. We’ve stayed here many times, because we travel with our cat, and it’s a different property under his leadership. This has become a totally different place because of Juan. "

There were also children loitering around the property late at night, knocking on doors and pranking guests while they were trying to sleep. Despite this being reported, the staff did nothing to address the situation. It made for a very unpleasant stay."

Our towels were so thin, small bar of soap, no shampoo, no extra blanket, sink falling off wall so anything set on the sink fell off, grungy bathroom, and no place to set toiletries. I would not stay here again"
