I called multiple times because I did not want to go to Mexico without the location being confirmed or how to access. “The views off the balcony were amazing. I will say there is a charge for the workout facility, volleyball/basketballs and cabanas. I was disappointed about that. But the location was wonderful and the resort was absolutely beautiful. The property manager suggested a snorkeling company that wasn’t ideal. They were supposed to take us to a reef and ended up at a beach that was not a snorkeling site. The fishing trip was amazing though. Would definitely stay there again”
