We liked that we were able to use both properties, both properties were nice. The down fall was construction and the Elevator working sometimes. The room that we were in was very with a little kitchen and balcony .

The property was under construction, which we were not aware of. The food was less than desired, and it was extremely noisy and hard to sleep. The staff was amazing and friendly. This was our 4th time to stay, and not sure we will be back.

The elevator wasn't working when we arrived and we had to walk 4 sets of stairs and walk to the other end of the building. But other than that, we enjoyed the clean areas, plenty of pools and plenty of food options.

We did like the majority of the property. There were only a few things. 1, there was no beverage service on the beach. 2, the chairs at the pools are not sufficiently spaced apart so that people aren’t tripping over each other. Beautiful property, excellent service, extremely clean, food and drinks were great, pool was amazing, beautiful beachfront. Only improvements they should do is the WiFi situation it’s not that good and also more outlets in the rooms.

Ac never got fixed. Windows are dirty and can’t see out. Unsafe walking in a lot of areas. Ceilings leaking and peeling in a lot of spots from leaks that probably need to get fixed. Chairs at the pool are too close together. Lots of walking just to go to the bathrooms from everywhere. Staff was very friendly and work hard in all the restaurants. I probably wouldn’t go back to this resort.
