The only issue we had was upon check-in but I believe that was an automated system failure and once I was able to connect with the hosts, they were more than gracious in helping make things right for us. The many, big windows looking over the street give this loft a ton of natural light and a really cool vibe. We had some issues checking in (not Andrew’s fault) but he solved our problem quickly and got us in. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommended."

"Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!"

We also stayed for a weekend and Saturday night was difficult to fall asleep for the person sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The place itself was perfect as were the amenities. Overall, we had an incredible stay & even w/ the bars & partying below, we never felt unsafe. I would gladly stay here again!"

"The Carter Lake house was the perfect setting for our family gathering. We had a double celebration - a college graduation and Mother's Day. The diversity of activities and comforts of the home were impressive. We spent time outside on the lake with the kayaks, in the nicely kept back yard playing cornhole, and enjoyed the fire pit under the stars. Inside, we played games in the cozy living room, cooked together in the lovely kitchen, and just enjoyed each other's company throughout the house....

"My flight home was cancelled and I needed a place to overnight. I booked due to proximity to the airport and the shuttle. however, there is no restaurant nearby. To get a meal, I was told that there was a place to eat just a bit down the road by the staff. It was not very near. I had to walk a ways to the nearest restaurant. The walkway to the restaurant was partially blocked and I felt unsafe. The hotel is clean enough, but is old. "
