Bring your boats, your cars, your family! There is plenty of room here, where you will all be on Cloud 9! Rules: NO FIREARMS on premises. Period. STRICT LIMIT OF 10 GUESTS NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. DOCK TIE UP AT YOUR OWN RISK
Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum. NO CATS. Barking dogs may not be left in the house alone, please take them with you. $300 Security Hold against your credit card is initiated the day before arrival and released 2 days after departure. No exceptions. Signed rental agreement required to rent this home.
