"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."
"Fab little apartment. Really clean and ideal for a 3 night stay while my daughter was having surgery in the RVI - ideal location too.
Really friendly staff too.

Jewelers, banks and sports shops dominate this open-air, pedestrianized high street, which has a mall with a cinema and plenty of bars and restaurants.
"Lovely comfortable hotel reasonably priced .Checking in very straightforward, room was spacious and very clean.Bed was comfortable .Plenty if amenities and is central .There was lots of choice at breakfast buffett ,was hot and freshly cooked ."
"Very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle with everything on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was spotless. The breakfast option was tasty and plentiful and the dining area was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have Worcestershire sauce as an option, it would have made all the difference!
The room was quiet (as requested) and the bed was very comfortable. It was very warm so the air conditioning was welcome. The only downside to the room was the lack of a fridge/mini bar to keep things cool which I would expect as standard. Other than that, I can’t fault this hot and would recommend it."
"Excellent stay here. We asked for a quiet room, away from the elevator as we were bringing our dog. Our room was perfectly located at the end of the corridor. Room was quiet, spacious, clean and bright as we had windows on both walls due to it being a river view. Bed was massive and very comfortable. We also had a free mini bar full with fizzy juice/water which was a nice addition. Breakfast was amazing - fry up goods, fruit, pastries. Perfect location - could walk to the main part of the city easily. Staff were friendly and we just loved that this hotel was dog friendly."
