Restaurants - and fab ice cream - within walking distance, and parking included in our rental. Plus, just a short bike ride across the river (and up College Hill) to Brown's campus. Wonderful and prompt communication from the host.”

“We only stayed 1 night on our way to another destination but are already planning a way to return for a longer stay in this charming and very comfortable guesthouse. The place was immaculately clean, rooms are spacious, bed and couch are comfy, the shower pressure is great, lots of natural light with dark curtains for privacy and sleeping late if desired. The decor happens to match our preferred aesthetic with great wooden tables and benches, thriving plants (inside) and a beautifully landscaped……
