“Breakfast good, parking safe, room clean and comfortable and very friendly staff”

“When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room……

“A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.”

“Staff across the board was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I have stayed at this location several times and never had an issue. The woman at check in seemed rude but had no issue with check in. Check out is 12pm. 11am housekeeping attempted to enter the room waking us up from a nap. 11:30 the front desk called the room phone and was outright disrespectful to my spouse when she answered stating “CHECKOUT IS AT NOON!” To which my spouse replied “yes, we are packing our things and tidying up the……

“Bathtub dripped all night. Shower knob broke off in my hand. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Thin walls and the people in the next room talked and laughed all night long. Literally until 8 am. We were out of there by 8:30.”
