"The room is basic, but very clean and well kept. The neds are really comfortable and we had a lovely nights sleep. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. The staff really make you feel welcome. Amazing first time experience"
"Shame it didn't have ensuite with proper shower as such and the "full breakfast" was not a full proper English breakfast, ie eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, brown toast, hashbrowns, mushrooms etc..."

"Clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Convenient for Arena, Albert Dock and shops . Park at the Kings Dock car park and get a discount voucher from the hotel."
"Parking is a bit silly as it’s not easy to find with directions given. Not too far from hotel though. Only thing we disliked was the windows do not open to let in natural air "
"Hotel staff are really friendly nothing is to much trouble.I have stayed at this hotel a number of time and would highly recommend it. Close to all amenities and places of interest.10 out of 10 every time.

"Hotel and staff were amazing. However breakfast was truly awful, every item of cooked breakfast was stone cold. Super disappointing as the rest of our stay was fabulous. "
"Lovely hotel, stylish modern room with comfortable bed and luxury temple spa toiletries. Staff were all great and in a great location for the city centre. We will be back!"
