"The ac went out in room called the front office to have it looked at and no one ever came to fix. There was a roach in the bathroom. And when i went to take a shower my first night there was a used bar of soap left in shower and things from the previous occupants. The bed sheets had what looked like died blood on them"

"Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Knoxville. The Oliver restaurant was an amazing find, too. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the lack of free and available parking around the hotel. The best option for self park was around the corner on the opposite side of the block. "
