"The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice and clean, but the staff could be nicer. The dining service was not very welcoming of separating our checks as we were traveling with a large group of students that needed to pay for themselves. Our request was met with an eye roll and a sigh."

"This property I was so pleasantly surprised by, I had been in Sicily for three weeks and had been moving around from place to place. This was one of the nicest, cleanest places I stayed in. The staff was fantastic and so welcoming. The breakfast room and what they offer is really something special. Most of all, this place was very comfortable and the bed was so nice with a very clean and comfortable bathroom. It was close to Palermo airport (15 mins) which was perfect for my very early morning flight from there. I recommend this place for many reasons that I mentioned. They even accommodate for shuttle service to airport. I rate high for cleanliness and spacious room, comfortable bed, breakfast and nice staff."

Villa with pool, 3 km's away from the sea, stunning 180° view on the sea

"The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The view was as advertised and we felt safe at all times. However, there was a lot of garbage everywhere and other villas in the area looked unkempt or totally abandoned. That said, the pool was always nice and cold when you needed a cool down from the hot Sicilian sun (not heated) and we always kept the bedroom air conditioned so we had a comfortable place to sleep. We were not told that we only had 100 kilowatt hours for the week when we booked so that was a bit of a surprise. So budget your AC and lights on/off accordingly. Also, when you google map the place it will take you to the address but it is actually much farther up the road. Go all the way to the end and it’s on the right. It was close to the airport (15mins) and Palermo (20mins) but I would avoid that city if you want to keep your sanity. But I recommend this property and would go back given the chance. "

"The hosts of this listing are a delightful couple. They were so welcoming with their own fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and cannolis. They had a basket full of local treats and pasta if we wanted to cook. The place is a little challenging to find but worth it. The property is beautiful and relaxing. It was a lovely way to end our Italy trip."

"A quiet property in a quaint town very close to the airport but far enough away you never hear airport noise. It is very safe and clean property with restaurant options within a short walk and easy free street parking outside. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a large terrace with a pool that would be a perfect retreat on a hot day. It’s a great location as a home base for sites in the area or before or after a flight. "

"An airport hotel should not have a reception that closes at 8:30. There was no breakfast. The staff at the pool were very rude and told me it was closed to the public. The restaurant on site was not affiliated with the hotel and that was the only good part of the stay. Luckily I love lizards because they were abundant in our dorm style room. No effort was made to make the rooms feel welcome or have a cohesive design. I recomend staying elsewhere and don’t book for the pool!!!"
