“Our best stay in South Africa by far.
We stayed for 6 days. So sad to leave.
Sandy looked after us and nothing was too much trouble.
Our spacious room opened onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful pool and garden area.
A great breakfast. Staff were excellent always smiling, in a great leafy quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants.
We will be back when we return to South Africa ”
“We had a lovely couple of nights stay. It’s a great location for visiting Umhlanga, everyone was lovely and the accommodation was extremely comfortable with a lovely lounge at the top of the property, with a great view of the sea. Highly recommend and will stay again when next visiting”

“The Flamingo Lodge was great! Just a few minutes walk to Umhlanga Rocks beach and the famous Whale Bone pier. Surprisingly, it is really close to the Umhlanga action and restaurants, but peaceful inside. The Staff was great, they were quick to do anything that needed doing and had access or instructions for the various activities in the area. They even helped out with the 2 year. I will certainly stay again!”

"En mi habitación por la noche hacía un zumbido como un taladro o objetos rozandose. Dormí fatal, hasta grabé un video y enseñe a recepción el dia siguiente por la mañana. Habitación 613, de las pocas que me acuerdo de memória pero ahi esta. Lo demás todo bien. Lo digo para que no pase a nadie más ya que es muy desagradable. "
